Iyengar Yoga Holiday in Portugal
Dates to be announced
With Bonar Hutchison
@ Quinta Mimosa

Quinta Mimosa is a beautiful ten-acre estate of almond and orange trees set in the hillside above Almancil in the Loule region of southern Portugal. It is a very special, peaceful and secluded place but is also close to the beaches and villages of the Algarve.
Quinta Mimosa has a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and Sally and her team are very hospitable and helpful.

There are various types of accommodation at Quinta Mimosa, from a renovated Portuguese farmhouse, a traditional Portuguese style house and also rooms above the yoga studio. There are two swimming pools and various shaded outdoor areas for dining and socialising. All the accommodation is spacious and welcoming and all the rooms are twin bedded and en-suite.

The yoga studio is a fantastic, purpose built and fully equipped space that opens out onto a tranquil walled garden.
There will be two sessions of yoga every day.
There will be a pre-brunch session of a sequence of asana each morning and then in the late afternoon there will be a session of restorative asana and pranayama before dinner.

The afternoon of each day is your own to relax at Quinta Mimosa or to visit the beautiful nearby beaches or historic villages.
There will also be one full day off during the week to allow further exploration of some of the many sights of the Algarve.
This course is suitable for students with a minimum of six months Iyengar Yoga experience.

The cost of the holiday is TBC.
The price will include accommodation, all yoga tuition and delicious vegetarian brunch and dinner each day prepared by our lovely cook, Carol.
The nearest airport is at Faro and is regularly serviced by flights from major cities all across the UK. Quinta Mimosa is only 20 minutes away from Faro airport. Participants will need to book their own travel and travel insurance.
